Winner of the Suonid’Arpa International Competition in Italy and soon to record a CD for Tactus Label, Oliver was the first harpist ever to win the Guildhall Gold Medal, its most prestigious prize.  Previous winners include Jacqueline du Pré and Tasmin Little, who we also welcome to Deal this year.  Oliver will bring us an exciting mix of works including Prokofiev, Bach, Falla and Mussorgsky interspersed with some new works commissioned and premiered at St John’s Smith Square.
